C | 　　《规划》部署了持续优化生态空间格局、统筹推进生态系统保护与修复、全面加强生物多样性保护、强化生态质量监测评估、严格生态保护监督执法、健全生态保护保障体系、深入推进生态文明示范建设等7方面重点任务，提出了生物多样性保护、生态监测与评估能力提升、生态治理数智化能力提升等重大工程。

D | 　　《规划》要求，完善部门协同、央地联动、区域共治的生态保护工作机制。

E | 国家各有关部门按照职责分工协同推进，形成生态保护工作合力。
